Monthly Highlights Dashboard

Overview

This dashboard provides a summary of the usage and performance of all partners. Do you want to know how your emails are performing? Use this report filtered by email to find out the basics. For specifics on each tactic, use the email summary, web plugin summary, and other specific reports.

This dashboard is displayed by default as the home page for administrators.

What it Delivers: This dashboard is a snapshot of partner activity relating to marketing and lead generation. It provides leading indicators of partner engagement (social posts, emails sent, and so on) and results on the tactics (social or email) including the leads generated.

Why You Care: The monthly highlights dashboard gives you a single page view of the current status and performance of your channel program. For several items, it also provides a comparative view of past performance and trend indicators. This allows you to quickly identify areas that need attention or perhaps are reacting to changes.

How to Access the Report: Analytics & Reports > Operational Metrics > Monthly Highlights

Channel Sales Director, Channel Marketing Directors, and Channel Operations Managers.

Report Descriptions

The monthly highlights dashboard includes the following reports:

Active Partners (Month)

Number of users who have logged into the portal in the current month.

Page Views (Month)

Number of views of al website plugins and microsites deployed by partners.

Social Posts Sent (Month)

Number of social posts made by partners in the last month. 

Emails Sent (Month)

Number of emails sent to partner prospects and contacts in the last month.

New Leads (Month)

Number of prospects or contacts who have engaged in.

Downloads (Month)

Number of collateral resources downloaded in the current month.

Prints (Month)

Number of customized print assets (PDFs) downloaded in the current month.

Partner Activity (Trend)

Bar chart displaying the month-by-month activity totals for the last six months. The Any Activity (dark blue) bar is the sum of all activities and allows you to see the general trend.

Showcase Performance (Trend)

Combination chart that shows the number of page views as orange bars and the number of unique partners with a page view as a blue line. This allows you to quickly determine how the trend for page views, and the number of partners accessing pages, is evolving over time.

Social Performance (Trend)

Combination chart that shows posts (orange bar) that have been added to social media and the clicks (dark-blue bar) they prompted for the last six months. The line represents the number of partners who have generated the bar chart numbers.

Email Performance (Trend)

Combination chart that shows the number of emails sent (dark blue), the number of those emails that the recipient opened (orange), and the number of recipients who opened a link in the email (light blue). The dark-blue line chart shows how many partners generated these results.

Partner Leads (Trend)

Combination chart that shows the leads generated by partners over the last six months. The orange bars represent the number of total new leads, and the pale-blue bars represent the number of the new leads which are deemed hot (i.e., having engaged sufficiently that their lead score has reached the threshold). The dark-blue line chart represents the number of partners with currently active leads.

Library Downloads (Trend)

This bar chart displays a comparison of the number of library items downloaded six months ago with the number of downloads last month.

Print Media (Trend)

This bar chart displays a comparison of the print media items that have been customized by a partner in the last month and six months ago.
