Overview
The key to helping your partners find the content and activities they need is to tag the items with relevant subjects. In your Unifyr One partner portal, partners can filter or search by these tags to locate the activities and assets they want to use.
You can tag these content items:
- Marketing Activities - campaigns, emails, multimedia, etc.
- Social Posts
- Collateral Library content
- LMS (training) content - modules, courses, certifications
In this article, we explain how to apply tags to your content items.

Intended Audience
Channel Marketing Leader, Channel Sales Leader, Partner Marketing Director, Partner Channel Sales Director, or Partner Channel Account Manager.
Before You Begin
Create the items you want to tag. This article assumes you are adding tags to marketing activities, social content, collateral assets, portal posts or training materials that already exist in your library.

How to Apply Tags to Marketing Activities
- From the Partner Marketing menus, find and open the activity you want to tag.
- Click Edit Details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the check box next to the tags you want to apply to the activity. The list shows tags from the Marketing Activities category.
- Click Save to save your changes.
How to Apply Tags to Social Posts
- From Partner Marketing > Social Media, find and open the social post you want to tag.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click the check box next to the tags you want to apply to the post. The list shows tags from the Social Content category.
- Click Save to save your changes.
How to Apply Tags to Campaigns
- From Partner Marketing > Campaigns, find and open the campaign you want to tag.
- Click Edit Campaign.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the check box next to the tags you want to apply to the campaign. The list shows tags from the Marketing Activities category.
- Click Save to save your changes.
How to Apply Tags to Library Content
- From Library Content > Collateral Library, find and open the collateral asset you want to tag.
Selecting the content type in the left sidebar will make this easier. - Click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Tags area and click the check box next to the tags you want to apply to the activity. The list shows tags from the Library Content category that are specified for the content type.
- Click Save to save your changes.
How to Apply Tags to LMS Content
- From Partner Management > Learning Management, find and open the Module, Course, or Certification you want to tag.
- Scroll down to the Tags area and click the check box next to the tags you want to apply to the activity. The list shows tags from the LMS category.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Remove/Change Tag Assignment
You may need to change the tags that you've assigned to a content item. Follow these steps:
- [Optional] If you're adding a new tag for use, create it in Settings > Tag Management under the correct Tag Type and Category. For more information, see Tag Management.
- Use the original tag to find all the assets that need to be updated, if applicable.
- Navigate to the content whose tagging you want to change. Access the Tags area using the instructions in the How to Apply Tags sections of this article.
- Deselect the tags you no longer want to use for the item, and check the box next to ones you want to add. You can use a Bulk Update to carry out this action, if you need to update multiple content items. For more information, see Updating Collateral Assets in Bulk.

[Optional] If you no longer have use for the old tag, remove it in Settings > Tag Management. For more information, see Tag Management.
Deleting a tag automatically removes it from any content to which it is assigned.
