Overview
The Unifyr One portal is made up of individual pages. Each portal can support up to three levels of as many pages as required to present your channel program coherently to your partners. These can be Unifyr One's pre-built Feature Pages, or Custom Pages tailored to your own requirements, usually a combination of both. This article describes how to create Custom Pages. Unifyr One provides a page editor powered by BeeFree, an HTML email/page building application.
How you organize your portal pages will be unique to your channel program and objectives.
Pages have tremendous design flexibility. This is achieved by separating the concepts of Settings, Rows, and Content - for more information, see the Content Blocks and Properties in the Page Editor section of this article.
For more advanced formatting options for your custom pages, such as dynamic images and custom HTML content, see Advanced Custom Page Editing.
You can use a template to create a custom page, if required, either a BeeFree or Unifyr One standard template, or your own custom template. Your custom templates are managed in the > Settings > Templates > Pages area of Unifyr One Admin. For more information, see Pages.
Unifyr One provides the option to translate your custom page into multiple languages. For more information, see Translate a Custom Page.
Useful Tips
- Style the portal pages to match your corporate branding guidelines. You can use custom HTML and CSS to achieve this, if required. You can also use templates for your pages to ensure standardization and consistency across your whole portal.
- Add your company logo to the pages.
- Name the portal page via the Page Key for the best user experience. The page key is appended to the portal URL. Here are some examples: home for the home page, registration for the partner registration page, or the campaign name for landing pages.
- Before creating the content of the page decide what message you want this page to convey—make it interesting, valuable, and helpful. Be sure to include an explanation of the value to your partners.
- Use Partner Groups to tailor the content in a single page to specific sets of users.
- Use merge tags (dynamic content placeholders) that represent partner or user information, to personalize a user's experience in the portal.
- Once your custom page has been created, navigate to Partner Portal > Site Configuration and add the page to the required view. For more information, see Manage Site Configuration and Navigation.
- You can add pages to the portal without including them in the navigation. To do this, set them as Active but do not add them to the page structure. You should then send the specific page URL to the desired recipients. The Requires Partner Login toggle determines whether the page is accessible with or without user authentication.

Add Dynamic Content
The dynamic content widget in the editor allows you to add different pre-configured content widgets. These are useful for publishing functional elements of your channel platform, for example a Partner Registration Page or a Support Form, to your partners.
When editing a block in page content, drag and drop the Dynamic Content widget into the page. You can then click on the widget and choose the type of content you want it to provide in the page.
Note
When configuring a Dynamic Content widget, you select the type of content you want presented by the widget. If you can't see the type you want, you may need to click the More Content button.
