Overview
The purpose of this report is to enable you to see your partners' training progress. Set filters on this dashboard to configure reporting by Dates, Country, Region, and/or Partner Group. The default date range for this dashboard is 6 months. All results reflect the filtered date range.
What It Delivers: A snapshot of partner and partner user training progress by training content type.
Why You Care: The training dashboard displays a comprehensive and easy-to-digest report of how your training content is being consumed by partners and partner users.
How to Access the Report: Analytics & Reports > Partner Performance > Training

Channel Sales Director, Channel Marketing Directors, and Channel Operations Managers.
Report Descriptions
- Modules Completed
The number of partners who have completed a Module.
- Partners Completing Certifications
The number of partners who have started a Certification, but have not yet completed it.
- Users w/ Completed Certifications
The number of partner users who have completed a Certification.
- Users Pending Certifications
The number of partner users who have started a Certification, but have not yet completed it.
- Modules Completed
This chart displays how many Modules were completed within the Dates set on the filter. The default view shows Modules completed by month.
- Users with Certifications
This chart displays the Total Active Users that have interacted with Certifications, Users Starting Certifications, and Users Completing Certifications.
- Most Popular Certifications
This chart displays the most popular Certifications by calculating the number of users who have started a Certification vs. the number of users who have completed a Certification.
- Least Popular Certifications
This chart displays the least popular Certifications by calculating the number of users who have started a Certification vs. the number of users who have completed a Certification.
- Average Certification Time
This chart displays how long each Certification takes to complete by calculating the average number of days between the start and finish of each certification by partner users. Sorted by time descending.
