• Use the new Current Year merge tag on the Partner Portal Footer to automatically update the displayed year.

  • Key Benefit: This is a set-and-forget feature that enables the year on your Partner Portal to automatically update annually without any further steps.
  • Learn how to add this merge tag here, under the Adding a Footer to the Partner Portal section.

• Slovak is now a supported language in ZiftONE Admin and the partner portal
  • You have the option to add Slovak to these three areas of ZiftONE:
    • In ZiftONE Admin, you can set Slovak as your user account’s primary language. Follow these steps to update your profile.
    • To the standard translations available for the partner portal. This will include the translation of default navigation items, tooltips, and Feature Bundles/Pages. On our Translations page, follow the steps under the Translate Feature Pages & Add Languages to the Navigation section.
    • To our Automatic Translations tool, which will include the translation of custom text and custom HTML blocks on Custom Pages. Contact your Zift point of contact to leverage this feature and add the language.
• Two new additions to Partner Group Rules
  • Partner Groups now support rules based on partner deal dates and deal status.
    • This addition allows you to create Partner Groups using criteria such as:
      • Partners who have approved deals that will close in the next 30 days.
      • Partners who won less than $50,000 in deals in 2022.
      • Partners who have never registered a deal.
      • Partners who have at least 10 pending deals.
    • When creating a Partner Group, under Rules, when you set the Object to Deals, you will see the Close Date is and Status options at the bottom of the Partner Group Rule block.
      • Note: Status will default to Approved.
      • 
  • Partner Groups now support rules based on the number of certified users.
    • Partners can now be segmented based on the number of users that have completed specific Certifications in a partner account. If multiple certifications are selected, users are counted if they have completed ANY of the specified Certifications.
    • When creating a Partner Group, under Rules, when you set the Object to Training, you will see the Users have completed one or more of the following certifications: dropdown in the Partner Group Rule block.
    • Here is one example of how to set up this Partner Group Rule:
  • Key Benefit: Partner Groups allow you to segment your partners into different subsets. This new addition offers you even more granularity so you can deliver an optimal experience to each of your Partner Groups.

• Introducing Automatic Translations for Custom Pages
  • Automatic Translations use a third-party translator to auto-translate text blocks, button copy, and custom HTML blocks on Custom Pages for your partner portal. With one switch, the available Custom Pages in your partner portal will automatically translate for your partners in their preferred language!
  • Key Benefit: This automation tool decreases the barriers to supporting a multi-language partner program. It can save your team time and resources - especially if you do not have in-house translators to translate content for your supported languages.
  • Please Note: 
    • Automatic Translations is a Premium feature. Please reach out to your Zift point of contact to leverage this feature.
    • This feature is separate from our standard translations available for the partner portal that include the translation of default navigation items, tooltips, and Feature Pages.
