Unifyr supplies, tracks, and manages your AI usage through a credit-based system. Suppliers have an allocated budget and AI services are debited against that budget. For more information, see AI Credit Usage.
When working with Unifyr One, you can take advantage of AI-powered assistants to help you and your partners maximise the efficiency of day-to-day tasks. You can enable them in the partner portal, and in Unifyr One Admin. For more information about Ask IQ, see About Ask IQ.

Configuring Suggested Prompts for portal Ask IQ
As a supplier, you can present up to 5 suggested prompts to your partner users that have Ask IQ enabled in their partner portal. The suggestions allow to you help your partners use Ask IQ effectively, and guide them to the information and content you recommend.
- Go to > Settings > AI Settings.
- Navigate to the Advanced Settings tab in the left sidebar.

In Prompt Suggestions, click
in the blank suggestion bar.

Enter the prompt in the field - up to 100 characters in length.

to confirm the prompt.
- Click Save.
The suggestions are shown to partner users when they start a new conversation with Ask IQ. They can type / into the Ask IQ anything field at the bottom of the window, at any time, to reveal your prompts.
The user can click a prompt to use it.
To update an existing suggested prompt, click next to it in the Prompt Suggestions list. Make the required edits then click
to save the change.
To remove a suggested prompt from Ask IQ, click the X next to it in the Prompt Suggestions list.
Styling for portal Ask IQ
The styling of Ask IQ automatically reflects the styling you’ve configured for the rest of the portal in Unifyr One Admin. It uses the Primary Color, and Secondary Color that you’ve specified in Partner Portal > Site Configuration > Settings > Styling. For more information, see Adding Styling to a Site.
The primary color is used as the background color of Ask IQ’s responses, and its action buttons.
The secondary color is used as the color of any links in Ask IQ responses.
Integrate the Partner Academy with portal Ask IQ
You can enable/disable the integration of the Unifyr One partner academy into the knowledgebase of the Ask IQ portal assistant. If enabled, your partners can get task-based help as well as accessing your marketing support resources.
- Navigate to > Settings > AI Settings > Advanced Settings.

Toggle on/off the Ask IQ Academy Access setting, as required. The setting is enabled as a default.
Enable the Ask IQ AI assistants
To enable Ask IQ:

Go to > Settings > AI Settings.
Note
Users with Administrator role can access the AI Settings, if the feature is enabled on your system.
- Navigate to the Opt-In tab in the left sidebar.
- Toggle the Active setting on, in one or both of these areas:

Partner Portal
When enabled, the partner portal includes an IQ icon
in the top toolbar. The partner can click the icon to access Ask IQ.

Unifyr One Admin
When enabled, you can access AI support from the areas of Unifyr One Admin detailed in Ask IQ in Unifyr One Admin.
Note
Users must also have the permission Other > Ask IQ Features assigned to their role to be able to use the Ask IQ support In Unifyr One Admin. For more information, see Manage Unifyr One Admin Users.

[Optional] If enabling Ask IQ for your partner portal, specify the Partner Groups that will have access to it, by selecting them in the Partner Groups dropdown list.
- Click Save.
- You’re asked to confirm that you’re happy for AI to access your knowledge base to get answers. Click Yes to proceed.
Note
Unifyr One syncs enablement requests and processes data for Ask IQ overnight - you may find that Ask IQ is not ready for use until the next day.

This is a very interesting topic. I am on my ZiftONE Admin account and can't seem to find where to activate this feature. Do all roles inside of Zift have access to this feature? Please let me know, thanks!
