Activating/Deactivating an Automation

To deactivate an active Automation workflow, or reactivate an inactive one:

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > System Messaging.
  2. In System Messaging, navigate to the Automations tab in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the name of the Automation you want to update, to open it for edit.
  4. Toggle the Active/Inactive switch as required.

  5. Click Save.

You can delete an Automation if it's inactive. For more information, see Deleting an Automation.
