Editing an Existing Automation

To update the details of an Automation workflow:

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > System Messaging.
  2. In System Messaging, navigate to the Automations tab in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the name of the Automation you want to update, to open it for edit.
  4. In Update Automation, make changes to the details of the workflow as required.

    Caution

    Take care when editing a workflow configuration, as it may already be in use.

  5. [Optional] Click Send Test to send yourself a sample of the configured email. For more information, see Testing the Email Sent from an Automation.
  6. [Optional] Update the Active/Inactive setting to change the workflow’s availability.
  7. Click Save.
