Activating/Deactivating Templates for Automation/Reminder Emails

Templates for email notifications sent from an Automation workflow or a Reminder notification loop must be activated to use. 

Note

The Reminders feature needs to be enabled on your system. Submit a request to your Unifyr One team if you’re interested in using it.

To deactivate an active template, or reactivate an inactive one:

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > System Messaging.
  2. In System Messaging, navigate to the Custom Emails tab in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the name of the template you want to update, to open it for edit.
  4. Toggle the Active/Inactive switch as required.

  5. Click Save or Save and Close.
