Deleting an Automation

You can delete an Automation workflow if it's inactive. For information on deactivating Automations, see Activating/Deactivating an Automation.

To delete an Automation workflow:

1. Navigate to   > Settings > System Messaging.
2. Navigate to the Automations tab in the left sidebar.
3. Find the Automation you want to update. You may find the Status filter useful, to limit the list to Inactive items.
4. Click on the Automation to open it for edit. 

5. Click Delete.

    

6. You're asked to confirm that you want to delete the Automation. Click Delete to proceed.
