About Custom Email Notification Templates

You can create, customize, and use your own email template for these types of notification:

• Welcome emails for new partners
• Lead notifications - for lead registration and lead distribution

As part of self-managing these types of email, you can assign Partner Groups to the templates, so that partners that are part of a particular group receive tailored communication. Updates to the email format can be pushed to your partners in real time.

If you don’t want to manage your own custom versions of these templates, emails for this type of notification are formatted by Unifyr One's standard templates. Contact your Unifyr One team for more information.

Templates are listed in the order in which they're created. You can drag and drop them in to a priority order - a user will receive email formatted with the template they match first in the list, based on their Partner Group membership. As best practice, place filtered templates at the top of the list with a default template at the bottom for users that don't match any of the filtered ones.
