Navigate to > Settings> System Messaging.

Go to one of these tabs, depending on the type of email notification you’re customizing:

Welcome Emails

Lead Distribution
-
Lead Registration

Click on the template you want to edit to open it.

Make changes to the template as required.

[Optional, but recommended] Add details of the changes you’ve made in the What did you change? field at the bottom of the window. This helps you track the updates made to the template, which is especially useful if you have multiple Administrators in your organization. You can find a list of versions and change comments by clicking Options > View History.

Click Save to preserve the update, Save and Close to complete it and return to the template list, or Cancel to abandon the update.
