Viewing / Restoring Versions of a Custom Email Notification Template

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > System Messaging.
  2. Go to one of these tabs, depending on the type of email notification you’re customizing:
    • Welcome Emails
    • Lead Distribution
    • Lead Registration
  3. Go to the template you want to view.
  4. Click Options > View History.

    The Choose Version to Restore window displays a list of versions of the template, including any comments made when a new version was saved.

  5. Click on the version to make the current version.
  6. Click Save to preserve the update, Save and Close to complete it and return to the template list, or Cancel to abandon the update.
