- Navigate to > Settings > System Messaging.
- Go to one of these tabs, depending on the type of email notification you’re customizing:
- Welcome Emails
- Lead Distribution
- Lead Registration
- Click on the template you want to edit.

In the Edit window, go to Partner Groups and choose the Partner Group(s) whose notification emails will be based on this template.
Note: Partners not tagged in a Partner Group that matches a template will receive the default email, which is managed by us.
- Click Save to preserve the update, Save and Close to complete it and return to the template list, or Cancel to abandon the update.
