Unifyr One supports the sending of notifications to your partners when you distribute leads to them. The notifications can be different, depending on whether your partners are auto-accepting leads or need to accept them manually.
You can use a display condition based on the method of lead acceptance to show/hide rows of content in lead distribution notifications.
For example, you can include Accept Lead / Reject Lead / Reassign Lead buttons in notifications if partners are manually accepting leads. If your partners are auto-accepting leads, the buttons are unnecessary and can be excluded.
- Navigate to > Settings > System Messaging.
- Go to the Lead Distribution tab.
- Create or find the required notification template, and click on it to open it for edit if required.
- Click Edit in the Template area.
- Select a row in the email that you want to show/hide.
- In the Dynamic Content area of the content builder, click Select condition.
- Pick the Lead Auto-Accept condition.

Set the value of the condition:
- Partner auto-accepts Distributed Leads - the row will only appear in lead distribution notifications sent from the template if the partner has set up lead auto-acceptance.
- Partner does not accept Distributed Leads - the row will only appear in notifications from the template if partners are manually accepting distributed leads.
- Click Save for the template.
