Testing the Email Sent from an Automation

When you've configured an email workflow via an Automation, you can send a test email to verify that the content of the email is what you expect.

1. Navigate to   > Settings > System Messaging.
2. In System Messaging, navigate to the Automations tab in the left sidebar.
3. Click on the name of the Automation you want to update, to open it for edit.

4. Click Send Test.

   

   An email is sent to the email address configured for your Unifyr One Admin account.

Note

Merge tags are not resolved with actual data in a test email. The tags will be shown in their native format, e.g. {{user.firstname}}.
