Give Deals a defined window for acceptance

Unifyr includes the option to set pending deals to auto-expire a certain number of days after registration. We've now made this option available to all (previously your Unifyr team had to enable it for you) - use the Enable Deal Auto Expiration setting when configuring your Deal Types, or in general Deal settings.

For more information, see Adding Custom Deal Types or Managing Deal Settings.

It's now much easier to submit a Deal

We've made a small but significant change to the New Deal form in the partner portal - we've moved the Submit Deal button to the bottom of the form, along with the other buttons. This makes deal submission much more intuitive for your partners - previously they had to scroll back to the top of the form to find the button.

Decide who can see Leads

Unify allows you to define the level of visibility that each Partner User role has of distributed and registered leads. This is now available to all (previously your Unifyr team had to enable it for you)

  • All Leads - Users with a role with this value set see all leads regardless of who is assigned to the lead
  • Assigned Leads - Users with a role with this value set can only see leads that are assigned to them, or leads that are unassigned

The setting applies to leads distributed to the user by the supplier, or leads registered in the portal by the partner admin and assigned to a user.

For more information about partner user roles, see Partner User Roles.

Give benefits to partners who've accepted your T&Cs

We've cleaned up the selection of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) when you're using a Terms Accepted condition as the basis of Partner Group rules. Now, only active T&Cs that can be accepted by either Any User or Partner Admins can be selected.

Access the Unifyr customer portal from Unifyr

Users that are logged in to Unifyr Admin can now access the Customer One customer portal from this link:   > Help > Customer One.

If a user doesn't have an account on Customer One, they can still use the link - an account is created for them the first time they click it.

Notes

This applies to US sites only.

Global Admin clients are currently excluded.

For more information, see Access the Customer One Customer Portal.

More users can have data linking control for CRM Integrations

We recently added the ability for  users with the System Management > Integrations permission to edit external account IDs for data records (see release note here). We've now made the option to give edit permission available to all - previously it had to be enabled by your Unifyr team.

For more information about CRM Integrations and data syncs, see CRM Integrations.

Find information about your Program Points account

The Program Points dashboard (on US sites), where you can track your Unifyr Program Points spend and balance, is now accessed via a new URL. Please ensure you update any bookmarks to:

Create Social Posts for use in campaigns only

We’ve added the option for you to create social media posts that are only used in a campaign, and are not listed in the posts library for multiple uses. With this new option, you can now limit a post to a campaign OR publish it independently, in the same way you can for emails / web plugins.

The New Social Post page has been updated - you can now use checkboxes to set the Post Type when creating a new post:

  • Available in Library
    • yes (default) - the post is listed in the Library Posts page and can be reused (previously called a Library Social Post post type)
    • no - the post can only be made available to partners and published in the context of a campaign, and is not displayed in the Library Posts page
  • Scheduled (yes/no + date)
    • yes - the post has a target posting date (previously called a Scheduled Social Post post type)
    • no

Both properties are optional.

You can select Available in Library and Scheduled for a single post - this was previously called a Both post type.

New filters and columns in the Partner Marketing > Social Media page in Unifyr Admin allow you to easily identify the posts you’ve specified to be campaign only (Available in Library = No):

A post that is not available in the social post library is not included in portal search results.

For more information, see About Social Media in Unifyr and Manage Social Posts.

New URL for partner academy (Engage subscriptions)

We're working to standardize our help resources under a single landing page. As part of this work, the partner academy for suppliers with a Unifyr Engage subscription is now at https://help-portal.unifyr.ai/hc/en-us (formerly unifyrone.zendesk.com/hc/en-us). Your partners may need to update any bookmarks they have to academy articles.

We've added a banner notification in the academy too.

View the records processed in a CRM data sync

When working with a CRM integration, you can see the list of data records that have been processed by a particular data sync over the past 30 days, access key details of each one, and follow links to open them in Unifyr or the CRM.

For more information, see Viewing the Records Processed in a Data Sync.

Give your Library Social Posts a defined shelf-life

You can now add a date on which you want a Library Social Post to expire. Use the Post Expiration Date setting and the date picker when creating/updating posts of this type. When the date is reached, the post will automatically expire and will be removed from the partner portal.

admin_social_media_posts_expiration_date.png

You can set the date for individual posts, or when updating in bulk.

The Expiration Date option is included in step 4 of the update wizard for bulk updates.

The option applies to posts of type Library or Both.

For more information, see Setting Auto-Expiry for a Social Post.

More improvements to CRM Integrations (formerly Data Pipelines)

We're making continuous improvements to our CRM Integrations feature, where you can set up an integration with your chosen CRM and synchronize your partner, lead, deal, and custom information between it and Unifyr Admin.

Here are some more highlights:

  • Updates to the Filters step of a data sync configuration

Removing the auto-save of filters, and adding Required (asterisk) indicators for Outbound/Inbound filters and a Preview Data button for incoming filters.

    admin_integrations_sync_filters.png

  • Validation of Inbound Filter configuration

Filter validation when the user clicks Next out of the Filters step, presenting errors if any are incomplete/invalid.

  • Updates to the Review step of a data sync configuration

Removing direct edit in the page, and adding Edit, Activate/Deactivate, and Close action buttons.

Message your partners via API

We've added a new Partner Notifications endpoint that allow you to target pop-up messaging to a specific partner or partner user.

For more information, see the API Explorer at   > Help > API Documentation.

Note

A user must have the Partner Management permission assigned to their role to message in this way. For more information, see Managing Permissions for User Roles in Unifyr Admin.
