Customize your Social Form
As a supplier, you may offer a Social Form option with your social media output, to ensure that anyone who is trying to engage with your social media posts must first provide basic information about themselves.
Unifyr already supports the use of a social form, but that support has been improved. You can now configure and customize your social form to your own business and branding requirements - previously it was a static generic form with limited options for customization.
Note
If any of your partners have already published a personalized social form, this will continue to be used. They will see a message if you’ve pushed a new version to them, but can choose not use it.
In the Partner Marketing > Social Media area of Unifyr Admin, go to the new Settings > Social Form tab in the left sidebar. You’ll see a form with default content (this is from the global Social Form template saved in > Settings > Templates > Social Media > Social Form).
You have these options for managing the form:
- Use the new WYSIWYG Editor (powered by Beefree) to design your own social form.
- Lock content areas so partners can’t change them when they personalize the form.
- Use merge tags to autogenerate partner data and logo for recipients.
- Update the form to include fields that collect standard and custom Lead Contact data.
For more information, see Configuring a Social Form.
The way in which you provide the social form to your partners hasn’t changed:
- You can enable the social form for a social post, and the partner can decide whether to use it or not.
- You can mandate the use of a social form for all social posts, which gives the partner no choice (enabled by your Unifyr team).
The partner must personalize their form if they’re using one.
Take control of record linking in your CRM data syncs
Users with the System Management > Integrations permission (or internal Unifyr users) can now manually edit external IDs for data records, so that they can ensure that records will be correctly linked when syncing between a CRM and Unifyr. Duplicate and merge conflicts will be reduced.
Note
Edit options are enabled with the App Setting Enable Editing of External IDs. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to use this option.
When enabled, options to edit External ID are shown in these areas:
- Partners - Partner Management > Partner Explorer > partner name > Profile.
- Partner Users - Partner Management > Partner Explorer > partner name > Users > username > Profile.
- Deals - Deal details page.
- Deal Accounts - Deal Account details page.
- Custom Object - Details page for a submission of custom data.
For more information about syncing data with your CRM, see CRM Integrations.
Restricted access to HubSpot and MS Dynamics via CRM Integration at the current time
You may find that Connection Type has been locked down when creating a CRM Integration, and you can only connect to Salesforce. We're working on stabilizing HubSpot and MS Dynamic integration capabilities and have disabled them for now.
Give your partners task-based help in Ask IQ
In a previous release, we announced the integration of the Unifyr partner academy into the knowledgebase of the Ask IQ portal assistant. Now, we've made it easier for you to enable/disable the integration for your partners - go to > Settings > AI Settings > Advanced Settings and toggle on/off the Ask IQ Academy Access setting.
The setting is enabled as a default.
For more information about Ask IQ in your partner portal, see About Ask IQ for Partners and Enabling Ask IQ Assistants.
Update your user records via API
We've added a PATCH endpoint for the Users API, to allow part updates to be made to a user record, for example updating their role.
For more information, see the API Explorer at > Help > API Documentation.

New look Unifyr homepage
We continue to modernize and update the Unifyr Admin UI, this time bringing an improved layout and new capabilities to your Unifyr Admin homepage.
- Card-based at-a-glance overview of your partner ecosystem
- Highlights of key areas that need your attention, so you can focus your to-do list for maximum benefit
- Live, filterable stream of your partners' recent activities
Filter your outgoing Deal Account data syncs
You can now configure a Status filter for your outgoing data syncs of Deal Account data (Unifyr > CRM).
For more information about syncing data with your CRM, see CRM Integrations.
Partners must accept portal T&Cs before accepting leads
We've added a control so that partners who haven't accepted their portal T&Cs within the allotted time period can't accept a lead that's distributed to them via a notification email. They receive a warning message.

New look Partner Summary and Create Social Post pages
We continue to modernize and update the Unifyr Admin UI, this time bringing improved layouts and new capabilities to two pages:
-
Partner Summary page
Our redesigned Partner Summary page collates deals, pipeline, campaigns, certifications, and leads into an at-a-glance view, so you can quickly get a clear picture of partner health.
The updated card-based layout makes it easier to scan key metrics, navigate quickly with verified links, and trust that recent activity is accurately filtered and up to date.
The data in the page hasn't changed, it's just more visible.
-
Create/Edit Social Post page
We've given the page a cleaner, more intuitive layout with improved spacing, making it simpler to scan and edit your content before publishing.
The page includes AI-assisted content generation, rich text editing, and a live platform preview that shows exactly how your post will look across platforms before it goes live.
Developers can live explore our APIs
Unifyr Admin now includes a built-in Developer API Explorer - a live, session-authenticated testing environment with full documentation of the Unifyr API.
Click > Help > API Documentation to access the new explorer - it replaces the existing Developer Portal.
Caution
Live requests execute against real data. Use with caution in production environments. Developers will be prompted to confirm their understanding that requests may modify live data.
Add cross-partner data visibility control to SOQL queries
We’ve added a new Scope setting to SOQL widgets so that partner data is protected by the platform, not just by how the query is written. There are two options for the setting:
- Scoped (default) - query results are limited to the authenticated partner's data
- No scoping - no partner filter; cross‑partner visibility is permitted. Note: use this option only when results genuinely need to span multiple partners (e.g. internal dashboards visible only to Unifyr staff or super-admins) as there is a risk of cross-partner data exposure.
Existing SOQL queries will continue to work with their current configuration.
For more information about SOQL queries, see Set up a Labs SFDC Query.
Easily test and preview the output of an SOQL query
You can now test SOQL queries directly from the editor, without having to publish them to a test custom page.
Use the new Test mode to pick a partner user and run the query with all merge fields resolved in that user’s context. Results appear inline in the editor.
The Test Run panel shows:
- the active scope of the query (new - click here for information)
- warnings if a scoped query returns data from multiple partners (indicating a scoping defect)
- an informational notice for multi-partner results if No scoping is intentionally selected for the widget
This change makes it much easier and safer to validate SOQL queries across different partner contexts before they go live.
For more information about SOQL queries, see Set up a Labs SFDC Query.
View the version history of an SOQL query
A new Versions area for an SOQL query shows draft and published versions of the query, and who created them.
You have the option to restore a previous version.
Mention Lead Creators in notification emails
When creating a Lead Distribution or Lead Registration notification email template in > Settings > System Messaging, you can now use merge tags representing Lead - Creator First Name, Lead - Creator Last Name, and Lead - Creator Email in the email body.
For more information about notification templates, see About Custom Email Notification Templates.
See any errors with your Data Hygiene deletes
Errors with Delete actions in the Data Hygiene tool now appear in a clear on-screen popup, instead of being buried in the browser console. This makes it easier to see where a delete failed and quickly copy details for troubleshooting.
For more information about Data Hygiene, see Data Hygiene.
Consolidating our AI support in Unifyr IQ
Following the release of the Ask IQ AI assistant (click here for release note), we're updating our AI Agents to reflect their inclusion in the overall Unifyr IQ brand for AI support.
These items have been renamed (but how they work hasn't changed):
- Deal Agent - now Deal IQ
- Social Agent - now Social IQ
For more information about the AI Agents, see About Deal IQ and About Social IQ.

Introducing Ask IQ
Introducing Ask IQ, your partners' AI-powered genius for faster, smarter work.
We’ve added a brand new conversational AI interface to our partner portals - Ask IQ. Here, partners can ask questions about the tasks they’re carrying out, or a subject they need information about, and get helpful answers back. Our research has shown that partners want AI-powered guidance and demonstrate high levels of portal engagement when this is enabled for them.
Ask IQ surfaces relevant supporting content from your content library and helps partners draft emails or social posts without needing to wait for assistance. It responds in the user’s language to give them quick and easily accessible guidance.
Partners can access Ask IQ by clicking the IQ button in their portal toolbar.
For more information about Ask IQ, see About Ask IQ for Partners.
Note
You need to enable Ask IQ for your partners. For more information, see Enabling Ask IQ Assistants.
For more information on how Unifyr ensures transparency, security, and ethical use of AI, please review our Responsible AI Policy.
Academy Integration with Ask IQ
Ask IQ, the AI-powered assistant you can enable for your partners in their portal, can now be integrated with the Unifyr partner academy. Portal users can get help with navigating the portal and completing their daily tasks, as well as with accessing your marketing resources.
The integration is enabled with the App Setting Ask IQ Academy Access - submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to provide this resource to your partners.
For more information about Ask IQ in your partner portal, see About Ask IQ for Partners and Enabling Ask IQ Assistants.
More improvements to Data Pipelines (now CRM Integrations)
We've made more improvements to our Data Pipelines feature, where you can set up an integration with your chosen CRM and synchronize your partner, lead, deal, and custom information between it and Unifyr Admin. The forefront change is that the feature has been renamed - Data Pipelines are now known as CRM Integrations (connection/credentials) and Object Mappings (individual data syncs). We've responded to feedback indicating that our users did not find the original names to be intuitive.
Here are some more highlights:
- Single page edit/review screen for an Object Mapping (formerly Pipeline), replacing the wizard view
- More intuitive/guided interface for creating an initial Object Mapping (formerly Pipeline)
- Simplified interface for configuring field mappings
- Conflict resolution for updates in both systems in partner, partner user, deal, and account syncs
- Hourly data sync analysis and error notifications
For more information, see CRM Integrations.
