Partners can provide more lead data when updating the lead stage
When partners update their leads to indicate the current stage in the sales journey, you can now give them the opportunity to provide more data when doing so.
Add your custom Lead Registration fields to the Lead > Contact > Stage Change (Partner Portal) form.

Unifyr Admin has a new look
We've been previewing our fresh, new look Unifyr Admin in recent weeks. Now, the new UI is enabled for all.
You don't need to do anything. Features and pages haven't changed, so your bookmarks and logins will continue to work as before.
Prevent portal users from entering their own email address
We've introduced two new email validation options for custom fields of type Text:
- Block user's own email address
- Block user's own email domain
The validation will be enforced in the partner portal wherever a custom field with the value(s) set is presented and submitted manually, and when it's included in contact and lead imports.
Partners can set their own view of their Leads pages
When viewing their Leads in portal, your partners can set filters on the page then save them as the default so that view opens for them every time.
New UI and smart assistance for Data Pipelines (CRM integrations)
We've made significant improvements to our Data Pipelines feature, where you can set up an integration with your chosen CRM and synchronize your partner, lead, deal, and custom information between it and Unifyr Admin. Here are some of the highlights:

Restyled in accordance with Unifyr branding, and with lots of guidance and information included to help users set up their pipeline configuration.
- Validation of CRM connection URL
- AI-assisted connection error handling
- AI-assisted field mappings
- CRM field values can be mapped to Unifyr Deal Type
- Empty and Is Empty values available in filter conditions
- Improved Review step, with a detailed summary of pipeline configuration plus graphical (green/red) indicators to confirm whether all setup steps are complete/valid.
- Improved sync logs
- Empty sync runs filtered out of pipeline logs

Maintain safe marketing contact lists
As a supplier, you may want to ensure that marketing emails from your partners are never sent to certain recipients. You can now add email addresses and domains to a global Email Suppression list - these will permanently excluded from any contact lists used by any of your partners in their email marketing campaigns.
You can manage your suppression list, if required, at > Settings > Email Suppression.

New style details pages for Website Plugins and Leads
We're starting a project to update the Unifyr Admin UI, to give pages a fresh new look and make them more responsive and information for users. You can see the first two now - details views for Website Plugins and Leads. More updates will follow in coming weeks.
- Information is organized into logical categories and arranged to improve readability
- Action buttons are clearly visible, or grouped into an Actions menu
- Key information is called out at the top of the view

Reduce onboarding delays by allowing auto-approval of new partner users
As a supplier, you can now allow your partners to have new partner user registrations auto-approved. If the partner sets up this option, any new registrations will be effective immediately, they do not need to wait for the partner account administrator to approve them. A partner admin’s workload is often a bottleneck to onboarding partners - this change to a self serve method will help to reduce that overhead.
Auto-approval of partner registrations must be enabled on your system. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to provide it for your partners.
If the feature is enabled, a partner admin will see the Auto-Approval page in their Account Settings. They can enable/disable auto-approval here.

Certain conditions must be met for a partner to enable the auto-approval option for their account - for more information, see Auto-Approving New Partners Based on Email Domain. The article also details how Unifyr ensures ongoing validation and safety of the process.
New From address for system emails
As part of our rebrand to Unifyr, all system emails are now sent from the @email.unifyr.com domain, instead of @ziftsolutions.com.
The change includes platform notifications and the default From address for to-partner emails.
Note
If a custom From address is already in place, this will not be affected.
Delegate pending partner/user approval responsibilities to authorized users
You can now give permission for eligible Unifyr Admin users to approve pending partner/user requests on your behalf.
Your administrator can enable a new account setting for Unifyr Admin users who have Partner Data Restrictions assigned - Allow Access to All Pending Partners/Users.
When enabled, eligible users can view all records on the Partner Management > Pending Partners page. They can manage new partner registrations/invitations and new user registrations on existing partner accounts.

Keep your partners' names up to date in your Locator
You can now specify which field in partner accounts holds the name you want to see displayed for them in a Locator:
- Internal Name
- Partner Display Name
- A Partner custom field (of type Text)
