Communicate effectively with your Thai-speaking partners
We've added the option for you to present your partner portal in Thai:
- Add the language as supported in the portal Site Details
- Select the language when translating the portal content
For more information, see Managing Site Details and About Translations.
Non-English-speaking reps can quickly take action on leads
Sales Reps clicking lead accept/reject links from notification emails now see a Language selector in the lead pages, so they can switch them to their own language. Non-English-speaking reps can take action on leads without needing access to the portal.

Target focused deal insights to each type of deal
Deal IQ agents can now be configured with a Deal Type, giving admins more precise control over how AI-assisted deal guidance is targeted to specific deal categories.
Note
Unifyr's Deal IQ agents are currently in Public Preview status. Submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to try them out.
You create and manage Deal IQ agents in > Settings > AI Settings > Deal IQ. In the agent configuration, choose the deal types that the agent should cover in the Deal Types field.
For more information about Deal IQ agents, see About Deal IQ.
Ensure important data is provided for leads and deals
You can now filter Unifyr Admin deal and lead listings by blank values for certain fields, making it easier to find and address records that have missing data.
These filters can be filtered like this:
- Custom fields
- Standard deal fields: Deal Type, Stage, Close Date, Submit Date, Source Opportunity, Source Lead, Co-Selling Partner, Multi-Partner Status, Deal Owner, Account, Account Country, Sales Rep, Probability %, and Total Value
- Standard lead fields: Lead Stage, Campaign, Sales Stage, Distribution Status Changed, and Partner

Implement deal visibility boundaries for partners
You can now set up your deal registration process to allow partner users to only see the deals they created or those to which they are explicitly assigned. This applies to listings, search results, exports of deal data, and links to Deal URLs.
A new Deal Visibility setting can be applied to your partner user role definitions. With it, you specify either All Deals or Assigned Deals.
With Assigned Deals set for a role, partner users with that role only see deals where they are the creator OR are assigned as a contact (as sales rep, deal owner, or other partner contact on the deal).
Supplier users continue to see all deals in Unifyr Admin.
For information about managing partner user roles, see Partner User Roles.
Partners can easily spot their most recent Ask IQ conversations
We've made a small but useful update to Ask IQ in the portal - we've added the date of the most recent message in each conversation in the chat history .
Easily undo a Field Mapping in a data sync
It's now easier to unmap an external data field, when setting up your mappings for a data sync - click the X next to it in the Field Mappings dropdown menu. The field will be set to Field not synced.

Simplify deal visibility for your CAMs
We've added the option for you to set a deal visibility filter for CAMs, based on deal type.
These configuration options have been added to Unifyr Admin:
-
Deal Type Restrictions filter setting for the CAM user role (Unifyr Admin users) - select the deal types that your CAM users can see, restricting the Deals listing to only show deals of those types
The setting works in conjunction with the existing Partner Data Restrictions setting for the role - both filters must be matched for a deal to show to the CAM.
- The option to include the new filter for all user roles - submit a request to your Unifyr team if you want to use it, as it needs to be enabled on your system.
Notes
This setting doesn't affect the partner portal experience.
Users with impersonation rights can still access the portal as any partner user and see all activity that partner user would see, regardless of deal type or brand assignment.
For information about managing Unifyr Admin users, see Manage Unifyr Admin Users.
Welcome your new partners after their accounts have been synced into Unifyr
You can now specify that new partner users automatically receive a welcome email when their account has been created in Unifyr via an integration with your CRM.
To send the emails, enable the new setting Send welcome emails to new users when creating a sync of Partner User data.
Notes
The global system preference for Welcome Emails takes precedence over this setting - if you've mandated that no welcome emails should be sent, they won't be sent for synced accounts.
If the setting is disabled, you still have the option to manually trigger a welcome email for a new user in Partner Explorer - see Resending a Welcome Email to a Partner User.
Partners can view key information about their leads
(For suppliers with an Engage subscription)
We've added some more information to the view your partners have of their leads:
- Lead owner
- Custom information you've requested during registration - custom fields of type Lead > Register
- Status of any deals generated from the lead - the user can also click a link to access a deal
